According to reports, a shooting in Savannah, Georgia towards the end of Friday left at least one person dead and 8 other injured.
A 2-year-old and a 13-year-old both have life endangering injuries, Savannah WTOC-TV said.
Police in Savannah first announced that two individuals died, but subsequently rectified, reported the station.
The incident took place in a residential neighborhood not far from the historic centre of the town and the Savannah River.
The victim was characterized as an adult.
Police did not provide any information immediately on a probable suspect, WSAV-TV reported in Savannah.
